Description
A grant-in-aid program that supports the full or partial cost of tertiary education of priority students in SUCs, CHED recognized LUCs and private higher education institutions (HEIs).

How to Get and Submit the Form Through Your School:
1. Go to your college or university's registrar, student affairs, or financial aid/scholarship office. State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), Local Universities and LUCs, and participating Private HEIs handle their own student screening and distribution.
2. Document Requirements: Be ready to submit a filled-out application form along with standard documents such as your Certificate of Enrollment (COE) or Certificate of Registration (COR), and a Certificate of Indigency from your barangay.
3. Security Warning: Beware of unverified online links or fake social media posts claiming to offer direct nationwide online applications; always verify announcements through the official UniFAST Facebook Page.

Eligibility
1. Filipino Citizen
2. Meets the admission and retention policies of the SUC/LUC
3. No previous undergraduate degree
4. Not overstaying in the program (ex. 4 or 5 years + 1-year grace period)
Documentary Requirements
1. Certificate of Registration/Enrollment
2. Certificate of Residency (for private No SUC/LUC Category)
3. PWD ID (if applicable)
Prioritization for AY 2026-2027
1. All enrolled students in SUCs, LUCs, and PHEIs, including Private HEIs in cities or municipalities with no SUCs or LUCs (PNSLs), who are part of households included in the most updated Listahanan. In case of discontinuance of Listahanan as certified by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) list, certified and provided by the DSWD, including dependents of solo parents, those who are part of Indigenous Peoples communities, and persons with disabilities, shall be applied in this prioritization, ranked according to household per capita income as determined by the DSWD; and
2. All other enrolled students in SUCs, LUCs, and PHEIs, including PNSLs, who are children or dependents of solo parents (in active status) and those who are part of the Indigenous Cultural Communities or Indigenous Peoples (ICCs/IPs), ranked according to household per capita income to be determined by the concerned agencies.
